Services + affiliates. We know the frustrations of running a property management business and piecing together tools to make things happen. So we took the proverbial bull by the horns and made our own. That said, we have to fund this thing somehow. That’s where we came up with the brilliant idea to add in services that help you + your business even more. Those services are how we fund the development of the software.
We want to empower your success, which is why we jam-packed our software with all the features you need and then created services such as inquiry management + photography to help you reach that next level.
Do I need put in my credit card information?
We do NOT require you to put any credit card information in at any point. It’s a free software. We don’t need it.
If you are using a payment processor like Authorize.net or PayPal you will be required to put your banking information on those platforms, but we do not have access to that. We connect to those accounts to make a reservation transaction but all the other stuff happens with the payment processor.
What are the fees + commissions?
We don’t charge any fees, take any commission or charge per reservation rates. Nothing.
You will still have to pay your fees to reservation channels like Airbnb and HomeAway but those fees are unrelated to our software.
How long are your contracts?
There are no contracts.
The process goes like this – you give us your business info, we verify, we set you up an account and send you the username and temporary passwords, you login and then it’s your account to use however you want. Of course, we won’t just leave you out in the cold; we do have a Quick Start Guide and onboarding process that your account rep will walk you though.
Do I have to download anything?
No. Our software is web-based. You can login by clicking the login button on the home page of our website or click here. You may want to bookmark that address. Our software is cloud-based so that you can take it anywhere.
Do you charge commissions on bookings?
No. Like we stated above, our software is free. You only pay for services that you choose to hire us for. But you do not need to purchase a service to use the software. Period.
Do I need a merchant account in order to accept credit card payments?
Our payment processing is synced through what the techy industry calls ‘APIs’ with Authorize.net, Paypal, Stripe and Square. This means that all you need is to have an account or set up an account with one of those processors in order to accept credit card payments through VROOMRes. If you do not have an account and need help, we’re here for ya. Give us a shout and we’ll help you through getting it setup.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Our onboarding process is free because we don’t believe in sneaky hidden costs! Switching software is hard + time-consuming, and we built our software to help you in every way – so, of course, this extends to getting set up.
